TRAINING 3 produces job aids that provide information and support procedures to
help improve employee performance. Job aids include checklists, fact sheets,
instruction sheets, flow charts, step-by-step lists and procedures. Many
performance issues do not require a training intervention and can instead be
addressed by a job aid.

Training Manuals
TRAINING 3 produces manuals addressing a wide variety of reproductive health
issues. Manuals include training designs, materials, and instructions. Manuals
are designed to provide tools that can either be used by trainers to facilitate
training events, and/or can be used by learners to participate in self-directed
learning.
