  • Integrating HIV Counseling and Testing During Routine Reproductive Health Visits (2010)
    This video was developed to demonstrate strategies, approaches, and skills when working with Title X funded family planning clients, to help reduce their risk of exposure to HIV, STD’s and/or an unwanted pregnancy during routine reproductive health visits. The video has three vignettes; and follows Felicia, over the course of one year. The first visit is for a pregnancy test, the second a problem visit and the third a brief (contraceptive) visit. During each visit, HIV testing is explored with the client. Follow-up discussion questions are included after each vignette.

  • FPCA Performance Measurement System

    The Family Planning Councils of America (FPCA) has developed a Performance Measurement system designed to assess the quality of services provided in Family Planning settings. The system consists of clinical and administrative measures and are broadly categorized in areas addressing: Contraception/Pregnancy, STD/HIV, Adolescents, Cancer Screening, and Administrative and Operations Issues. The purpose of this event is to discuss these measures and provide an overview of the new FPCA Performance Measurement System.

Title X family planning agencies are in an excellent position to help identify and assist these victims By the end of the webinar, you will be able to:
