TRAINING 3 guides organizations, programs, and individuals through the
challenging task of growing and changing. TRAINING 3 can work with you and/or
your organization to learn and implement skills, make decisions, and develop
systems that are supportive of and conducive to improvement. Available TRAINING
3 services include: coaching, conflict management, creating job descriptions,
performance consulting, producing job aids, meeting planning and facilitation,
strategic planning, team building, performance appraisal and feedback,
personality inventories and reports, and training.
Current Programs
This project supports Title X priorities by offering valuable training
interventions designed to improve job knowledge and performance of clinicians,
counselors, managers, and other staff working throughout Region III within the
Title X Family Planning program. Training focuses on providing specialized,
science-based information that addresses the managerial, psychosocial,
environmental, and sociopolitical issues that affect family planning staff
and/or clients. This project is supported by the Office of Population Affairs,
Department of Health and Human Services.
The scope of this project is to provide Title X grantees in Region III with
expert consultation within the broad areas of organization, administration, and
clinical practice. This project is supported by the Office of Population
Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services.
This project assists reproductive health programs throughout Region III with
developing, implementing, and evaluating performance improvement plans that
work towards integrating HIV prevention and/or family planning into
reproductive health services. This project is supported by the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Health and Human Services.
This project strives to increase the ability of TRAINING 3 partners throughout
Region III to effectively engage communities to prevent teen pregnancy, STDs
and HIV, and promote adolescent reproductive health. This project is supported
by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Health and
Human Services.
TRAINING 3 is an approved provider of continuing education for nurses.
Additionally, TRAINING 3 can sometimes offer continuing education credits such
as CME, CAC, CHEC, and Social Work.
