Patient Flow Analysis: Implementation of WIN PFA Part I

This is Part I of a two-part training. During these two days, staff will learn the benefits of performing a PFA in a family planning health center. Staff will learn how to perform a PFA, enter the data and print reports. These 2 days will be spent in a computer lab, where staff will have the opportunity to have “hands on” practice with the WinPFA program.

Understanding Infant Adoption

This training will focus on understanding infant adoption, and is designed to help family planning professionals discuss adoption as an option with clients who are not sure that they want to parent the child. Through lecture, discussion, self-assessment, demonstration, team activities, and video case scenarios, participants in this training will learn about adoption law and practice specific to their state, birthfather’s rights and responsibilities, special issues in counseling teens, and much more.
