This population includes teens, males, sexual minorities, homeless, recently unemployed and limited English proficiency clients. This skill-based workshop is designed to guide family planning staff through the elements of Client-Centered Counseling. The practical application of specific and appropriate skills to use within the family planning setting will be explored. Attend this training event if you want to learn effective communication and counseling strategies that will help create more productive and rewarding relationships with the typically underserved populations.
